I work with a range of clients that present a variety of unique circumstances. However, there are common threads:
- Life transitions: changes they are experiencing in their lives that make today feel very different than before.
- Identity changes: Finding oneself in new roles that they may or may not have chosen, and figuring out how to integrate these new roles into their old identity.
- Body challenges: Feeling uncomfortable in their body and/or seeking ways to cope with physical changes or challenges.
- Feeling overwhelmed or out of control: Existing means of coping with stress no longer work or don’t work well for the new challenges. Seeking new tools for coping with emotions and calming the body.
During our initial meeting we will discuss your specific areas of concern as well as assess if we are the right client/therapist fit. From here, we will be able to create your personalize treatment plan and discuss how it can best work into your day-to-day life.
“Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in eternity. We only have this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand – and melting like a snowflake.”

I work with insurance through the Allminds platform. If you would like to use your NorCal Kaiser insurance, please note that you will need to obtain authorization for individual therapy and a referral to Allminds prior to our work together. Cigna generally does not require authorization for PPO plans, but call the customer service number associated with your plan to be sure.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 late cancellation fee.
